It is the transfer of positive energy from one person to another, and the proper flow of this life force energy acts as a healing factor. Reiki is a form of meditation and is beneficial for improving sleep, moods and can aid in pain management. Reiki uses gentle touch to improve balance in your body.

Weighted heated pad placed on the back and stomach. soothing warmth of heated eye pads. The ultimate in massage for quieting “fight and flight” stress response and soothing tension points, the hands, feet and scalp are dense in nerve endings and so often overlooked. This massage aids in putting the body back in balance and gives the general feeling of well-being and relaxation with the little added decadence of a foot scrub.  This has been a favorite of our spa guests. The Aesthetician or Relaxation Therapist will use a variety of modalities including Acupressure, Lomi Lomi, Swedish Massage ( effleurage, petrissages, friction and tapotement) and gentle stretches for the purpose of delivering a quality relaxation massage.
